Week 8 Reflective Journal - 13th March- Test Shoot and final shoot for "Who are you? My Lover" and some final images for the "Profits Pouring From All Sides" Shoot

Test Shoot: Creating the shadows for the "Who are you? My lover" shoot:

During the photography lesson, I have asked our Photography tutor, Chris to show and explain to me how to achieve the dark, sharp, bold shadow on the wall. I have prepared some reference images for him to look at, so he could understand more about the effects that I want to achieve.
On above are the photos that show the techniques of how I could create the shadows on the wall for my shoot.

At the same week, I have used the technique that I have learnt from the lesson and I have managed to create the shadow of the hand on the wall successfully.
I have also edited it on photo shoot to test out how it will look like for the final image. I have placed and edited the red string on the pinkie and I think the outcome looks like what I want it to be and definitely shows the idea of making a promise and the surreal features.

"Profits Pouring From All Sides" final images

In this week, I have created 3 images for the "Profits Pouring From All Sides" series. I think the final outcome looks much better than my initial idea for this shoot and have improved a lot since then. The gif image is my favourite photo as it has demonstrated the idea of profits pouring in from all sides clearly to the audience.
